Foldra ("the app") is developed and published by Nainnie Labs ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Foldra: Image to PDF Maker on Android.

The short version

1. Information we do not collect

Nainnie Labs does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of the following:

We operate no servers and maintain no database of user information. There is nothing for us to look at, sell, or lose in a breach.

2. How your images and PDFs are handled

When you select images and convert them, all decoding, rotation, compression, and PDF assembly happens locally on your Android device using on-device processing libraries. No image data leaves your device at any point in this process.

The PDF files you create are written to storage on your device, at a location you choose or in your device's Documents folder. These files belong to you. We have no copy of them and no ability to retrieve them. If you delete the app, any files you saved outside the app's own directory remain on your device until you delete them yourself.

If you use the share feature, the PDF is passed to whichever app you choose (email, messaging, cloud storage). What that app does with the file is governed by that app's own privacy policy, not this one.

3. Permissions the app requests

PermissionWhy
Photo/media selectionTo let you pick images. Foldra uses the Android Photo Picker where available, which grants access only to the specific images you choose — not your whole gallery.
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATERequired only to load advertisements and to verify in-app purchases. Conversion works without a connection.
AD_IDRequired by Google Play for apps that use the advertising identifier for ads.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (optional)To show conversion progress for large batches. You may decline this; conversion still works.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Foldra displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process:

We do not receive this information in an identifiable form. We only see anonymous, aggregated performance reports (for example: total impressions and estimated revenue).

Google's handling of this data is governed by:

Your advertising choices

5. Purchases

The "Remove Ads" upgrade is processed by Google Play Billing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Google and are never seen by, or transmitted to, Nainnie Labs. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase associated with your Google Play account is valid, which the app stores locally on your device so it can keep ads disabled.

Google Play's terms apply to the purchase: play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms

6. Children

Foldra is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, contact us and we will address it. Advertisements shown in the app are not targeted at children.

7. Data retention

Because we collect nothing, we retain nothing. Settings you configure in the app (page size, quality, consent choice, purchase status) are stored locally on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own retention policies, described in the links in Section 4.

8. Security

All image processing is local, which removes the largest category of risk entirely: there is no transmission to intercept and no server to compromise. Network communication for ads and billing uses encrypted HTTPS connections managed by Google's SDKs.

9. Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area (UK GDPR / GDPR): Because we do not collect or hold personal data, we are not in a position to receive access, correction, deletion, or portability requests — there is no data held by us to act on. For data processed by Google for advertising, Google acts as a controller; exercise your rights through Google using the links in Section 4, or withdraw consent at any time via Settings → Privacy options. Our legal basis for advertising data processing is your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting the app's functionality.

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell your personal information and never have. Sharing of advertising identifiers with Google for personalised advertising may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA; you can opt out by declining personalised ads, resetting your advertising ID, or purchasing the ad-free upgrade.

Everyone: You can stop all data collection connected to this app at any time by declining ad personalisation, purchasing the ad-free upgrade, or uninstalling the app.

10. Third-party services

The app integrates the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
