Introduction
Lafzo ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile app published by Nainnie Labs that lets you write words on your photos in Urdu, Hindi, Bangla, Arabic and English. This policy explains what information the app handles on Android and iOS, why, and the choices you have. By using Lafzo you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number or location, and we run no servers that receive your data.

Permissions. The app asks for access to your photo library (to pick photos and save designs) and camera (to take a photo). Older Android versions (9 and below) also ask for storage access to save images. You can refuse or revoke any of these in your device settings; only the related feature stops working.
How we use information
Information is used only to run the app's features and to show ads that keep Lafzo free.
- Photos, designs and settings: to let you create, save, edit and share your work. We never see them.
- Advertising data: used by Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, limit how often ads repeat, and detect fraud. Ads may be personalised depending on your device and consent settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Two Google services receive data from the app; each follows its own privacy policy.

When you share a design, it goes to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp or Instagram), and that app's privacy policy applies.
Sharing, retention and security
We share no data ourselves; only the third parties above receive data, directly from your device.
- Retention: your designs and settings stay on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall Lafzo. Data held by Google is kept under Google's own retention rules.
- Security: your content never leaves your device unless you share it. Data sent to Google is transmitted over encrypted connections.
- Legal requests: since we hold no user data on servers, we have nothing to disclose.
Your choices and rights
You control your data from your device settings.
- Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Permissions: turn photo or camera access off any time in device settings.
- Delete: remove designs inside the app, or uninstall Lafzo to delete all app data.
- Your rights: depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete data. Requests about ad data are handled by Google; contact us for anything else.
Children's privacy
Lafzo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will help remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the update.
