Streakly ("we", "our", or "us") is a habit-tracking app by Nainnie Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version: your habit data never leaves your device. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.
Information we do not collect
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Your habit names, goals, or personal journal entries
- Your location data, contacts, or calendar data
- Any data that identifies you personally
Information collected automatically
Advertising (free users only). The free version uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may process a device advertising identifier (only if you allow it via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), approximate (country-level) location, device type and iOS version, and ad-interaction data.
Crash reports. We use Apple's built-in crash reporting (if enabled) — anonymous technical data only, with no personal or habit data.
App Store analytics.Apple may share aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g. total downloads by country) under Apple's privacy policy.
How your data is stored
All habit data — names, streaks, completion logs, reminders and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no servers and no database of your information, and we cannot access your habits. Deleting the app permanently deletes all your data.
iCloud backup (Pro). If you enable iCloud sync (a Pro feature), your habit data syncs via your personal iCloud account under Apple's infrastructure and privacy policy. We never have access to your iCloud data.
In-app purchases
Streakly offers a Pro subscription ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information, do not see your payment details, and do not know your Apple ID. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Advertising (free users)
On first launch, iOS asks whether to allow tracking across other apps and websites — this controls whether ads are personalised. If you decline, AdMob still shows ads, just non-personalised. You can change this in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Upgrade to Pro to remove all ads. Google's practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Streakly is not directed at children under 13 (USA) or 16 (UK/EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
UK / EU (GDPR): access, erasure, objection to processing, and data portability. California (CCPA): the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell your personal information. Because your habit data stays on your device, you can exercise erasure simply by deleting the app.
