Vocly: Vocal Remover & Karaoke ("the app") is published by Nainnie Labs for Android and iPhone. The app separates vocals and music from audio and video files you choose, entirely on your device. This policy explains what data the app handles on both platforms. Where the two differ, it says so.

Your files never leave your phone. The app does not upload, stream or transmit any audio, video, lyrics or exported files to us or anyone else. Separation, playback, karaoke and export all run on your device.

1. What the app stores on your device

Separated tracks (stems), lyrics you paste, and your settings.
Usage counters needed for the free tier (for example, how many separations you ran today) and a one-time speed measurement of your phone used to estimate processing time.
Your purchase status (whether Pro is active).

The app only reads the files you pick:

Android: through the system file and media pickers. Exported files are saved to your device's Music/Vocly or Movies/Vocly folders.
iOS: through the Photos picker (only the video you select is shared with the app) or the Files picker. Exports are handed to the iOS share sheet, and you choose where they go: Files, Photos or another app. Once you share a file to another app, that app's own privacy policy applies to it.

You can delete stems from the Library and clear temporary files in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes all app-private data.

2. Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you choose to watch to export a file or unlock features. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect device information (such as model, OS version and IP address), an advertising identifier, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Android: the advertising ID may be used.
iOS: the app asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not used. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalised. Ad performance may also be measured through Apple's SKAdNetwork, which does not identify you.

Where the law requires it (for example in the UK and EEA), you are asked for consent before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. Buying Vocly Pro removes all ads.

The app may also show one sponsor cardon the home screen, marked "Sponsored". To know which sponsor to show, the app downloads a small text file and a logo from nainnielabs.com every few hours. That request tells our web host your IP address, as any website visit does; nothing else is sent, nothing is stored about you, and the sponsor is told nothing at all. The card is an image, two lines of text and a link: it contains no tracking code, and tapping it simply opens the sponsor's page in your browser or app store. You can hide the card with the × on it, and Vocly Pro removes it along with the other ads.

3. Purchases

Vocly Pro is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Android: handled by Google Play Billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
iOS: handled by Apple through the App Store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Use Restore purchase in the app to restore Pro on a new device.

We receive only the entitlement status needed to unlock features. We never see your name, Apple ID, Google account or payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Separation models

The models that separate vocals from music are included in the app itself on both Android and iOS, and run offline. Nothing is downloaded to make a separation.

5. What we do not do

No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no collection of your contacts, location or microphone, and no access to your photo library beyond the item you pick.

6. Data sharing and security

Vocly itself sends no personal data anywhere. The third-party services named above process data under their own policies and use encrypted (HTTPS) connections: Google AdMob on both platforms, Google Play Billing on Android, and the App Store on iOS. The sponsor-card file is fetched from our own website over HTTPS. We do not sell your data.

7. Your choices

Android: reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
iOS: turn tracking on or off for Vocly in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Change ad consent in the app under Settings → Privacy options (where shown).
Remove all local data by deleting items in the Library or uninstalling the app.

8. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
