Is there a period tracker that works without an account?
Yes — Rosea. There is no sign-up, no email and no password, because there is no server to sign in to. You open the app and start logging. Nothing you enter is ever sent anywhere, so there is no account for anyone to breach, subpoena or sell.
Does Rosea work offline?
Completely. Every prediction — next period, fertile window, ovulation day, PMS forecast — is calculated on your phone from your own history. Rosea works in airplane mode, on a plane, or with no signal at all, because it never needed a connection in the first place.
Does Rosea sell or share my cycle data?
No, and it could not if it wanted to. Rosea has no servers and no analytics SDK, so your cycles, symptoms, moods, notes and photos never leave your device. The free version shows one non-personalised banner ad from Google AdMob, which receives no health data from the app.

Does Rosea work with irregular periods?
Yes. Predictions adapt to your own cycle lengths rather than assuming a textbook 28 days, and the app shows your cycle-length and regularity trends so you can see how variable you actually are. The more you log, the closer the estimates get.
Can I track ovulation and fertility in Rosea?
Yes. Rosea Pro adds basal body temperature charting with automatic coverline confirmation, cervical-mucus logging and LH test results, combined into one fertility view alongside the predicted fertile window.
Can I hide the period tracker on my phone?
Yes. Discreet mode gives Rosea an alternate app icon and neutral notification text, so nothing on your home screen or lock screen announces what the app is. You can also lock the app itself behind Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN.
How do I move my cycle history to a new phone?
Rosea creates an encrypted backup file that you save and move yourself — AirDrop, a cable, a messaging app, wherever you like. Restore it on the new phone and your history comes with you. Because there is no cloud, the file is the only copy, so keep it somewhere safe.
Does Rosea sync with Apple Health?
Optionally, and in one direction only. If you turn it on, Rosea writes your cycle entries into Apple Health on iPhone; it never reads your Health data back. Leave it off and Rosea stays entirely self-contained.
