Built for the person at the boundary

Mis-tapped three balls ago? Fix that ball.

Most scoring apps let you undo the last ball and nothing else, so one wrong tap in a tense over means unpicking everything after it. In Scorra, undo is always on screen — and you can edit any previous ball, with every score, strike and partnership after it recalculated correctly. The rest of the app is built the same way: for scoring standing up, one-handed, in the sun.

Edit any ballNot just the last one — everything after it recalculates.
Undo on screenAlways visible, never behind a menu.
Impossible outs blockedNo stumping on a free hit, no LBW if you don't play it.
Sunlight modeHigh contrast for scoring outdoors.
Screen stays awakeThrough the whole innings.
No signal neededNo account, no internet, ever.

Match data never leaves your phone. What the app does and does not collect is in the privacy policy.

Questions

Scorra — frequently asked

Does Scorra work without internet?

Yes, completely. Every match is scored and stored on your phone, so Scorra works at a ground with no signal, a turf with bad Wi-Fi, or a gully with no data. Nothing is uploaded and nothing waits to sync.

Do I need an account to score a match?

No. There is no signup and nothing to log into. Open the app and you can be scoring in seconds.

Can I score tape ball or gully cricket rules?

Yes. Scorra supports 2-run wides, last man standing, no-LBW, 4 to 16 players a side, overs of 4 to 10 balls, and bowler limits with a local-rules override — so the app scores the game you actually play.

What if I tap the wrong button?

Undo is always on screen. And if you notice a mistake several balls later, you can edit any previous ball — Scorra recalculates everything after it correctly, instead of making you undo your way back.

Does Scorra handle wides, no-balls and free hits properly?

Yes — byes, leg byes, wides with runs, no-balls with free hits, overthrows, short runs, penalty runs and dead balls. Impossible dismissals are blocked, so you cannot record a stumping on a free hit, or an LBW if your rules don't play it.

Can I share the scorecard on WhatsApp?

Yes. The full scorecard — batting, bowling, extras, fall of wickets and partnerships — goes to WhatsApp as an image in one tap. Mid-match, you can send the live score as text to the group chat.

Can I record a match that has already finished?

Yes. Quick entry records a whole match from its final totals, and the result and points table update from them — useful when nobody scored ball by ball on the day.

Does Scorra calculate net run rate?

Yes, as part of tournaments in Scorra Pro. Net run rate is runs scored per over faced minus runs conceded per over bowled, across the tournament; Scorra computes it exactly from your matches and keeps the points table up to date.

Can I run a league or knockout tournament?

Yes, with Scorra Pro: fixtures, an automatic points table and net run rate, and career stats for every player aggregated across your matches.

What about rain-affected matches and DLS?

Scorra recalculates overs and the required rate, and lets you enter the revised target agreed on the day. It does not compute DLS or VJD targets itself, and it never pretends to.

Is Scorra free?

Yes, scoring is free. The free tier shows a small number of ads, and never while you are scoring a live match. Scorra Pro is a subscription, monthly or annual with a 7-day free trial, that removes ads and adds tournaments, career stats, PDF export, advanced charts and unlimited saved teams.

Is Scorra on iPhone?
